📦Important shipping information

• Allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

• Delivery time is approximately 5-15 days.
• We only ship in the UK.

📍Address accuracy 

• All customers are responsible for giving the correct shipping address when paying. 
• If the shipping address is wrong, please contact us immediately before we ship your parcel.
• Changes to the shipping address aren't guaranteed after we ship your order. 

If your order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, you will be required to pay additional fees for reshipping. 

🗺️Tracking 

Once we give your order to Royal Mail, you will send with email with the tracking info (tracking number). Please allow up to 48hours for Royal Mail to update tracking. 

🚫 Lost/ Stolen packages 

When your order has been shipped, and Royal Mail has marked it as delivered, Jordsey Scoops UK is not responsible if the package is lost or stolen. 

If the package is refused or unclaimed and returned, then: 

• Original fees for shipping are non-refundable.
• Reshipping the package will require you to pay additional fees.
